I scanned all plugins & rescan it,--it will allow 32-bit AutoTune, BUT NOT THE 64 BIT VERSION?

I uninstalled AutoTune & Reinstalled, RESCANNED in Fl again it will stop scanning when it reaches the 64-bit version of AUTOTUNE in both FL 20.01 or FL 12 and not go any further for hours & hours.
