STEMS
The Stems audio format splits tracks into four musical components, such as drums, bass, vocals, and melody, so you can mix them independently. Edit and re-edit in the heat of the moment, blend basslines and vocals from tracks you know to create tracks you didn’t.

I was DJing in Ibiza last week and my NI Audio 6 started crackling and degrading the sound… I tried rebooting and still the same problem, even when plugged into mains electricity. in the end my solution was to use the sound from my Allen & Heath K2, and there were no problems. I had the same problem again DJing a couple of days later. Has anyone else had any similar problems and know of a solution? The NI Audio 6 is louder than the K2 so it would be nice to get it working as before.
Latency issue? This is mostly the reason for crackling. If they never acted up before, it might be a hardware issue. Perhaps the (USB) cable?
Power can be an issue too.
Was the mains supply at the club low or different to normal? Other than that, did you have lots of programs open simultaneously (Were you maxing out your CPU?)? What latency settings are you running?

I've just recently bought Traktor 2 for my laptop which is running Windows 7, set it up correctly by installing the pioneer CDJ ASIO,.tsi file etc etc. When I link it up to my 350's it all works fine at first but a few seconds into playing any track, the sound starts cutting out and crackling like crazy. Oct 24, 2012 Now I upgraded to Traktor 2.5, and I'm having all sorts of audio drop-outs and crackling. However, when I ran a cached version of 2.1, I WAS STILL HAVING audio drop-outs and crackling. The oddest thing is, I've adjusted latency, my CPU is never in high percentage usage, and my load usually never passes 1/4 of the bar. My setup at first was: MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) with el-capitan. I was using the traktor kontrol s4 MK2 with my macbook and had problems like most users describe in other threads (sound crackling, drop outs). I searched on other threads to find that the problem was OS el capitan.
